Meet Your Therapist
Amy Dalton here, 17 year veteran, and former helicopter mechanic turned organic mechanic.
By living an active lifestyle (army, power lifting, yoga, biking etc) which landed me many injuries, combined with the “push through” mentality, joy for testing my strength capabilities and changes in lifestyles. I started seeking healing. I started to see injuries, life experiences, and even emotional experiences written on my body. I was loosing my resilience as well as movement. which lead me to meet and dive into any manual therapy modality. Massage was merely the first step, Leaving me constantly with the question “why”. What I was seeing wasn’t adding up. My clients kept asking for the same areas to be massaged. Thats what drew me to Structural Integration. Unlike massage, SI, reads the WHOLE body, and places inputs through the system to integrate and make deeper changes. In my experience ultimately making me at home or safe in my body. Reconnecting me to areas I wasn’t in tough with or moving.
MY wheel house:
- meet people where they are at
- my human first approach
- obsession with the aliveness of movement
- continuous appetite for learning (which aids my analyzing anatomy nerd brain)
- my all around love for assisting people in discovering themselves and getting back to what they love, my clients become family in a sense.

TESTIMONIALS
Amy Dalton was fantastic. She focused on the areas that needed work, and worked on my adhesions. I will definitely come back and see her.
Amy was awesome! She’s very knowledgeable, and the most knowledgeable massage therapist I have had. She’s does a great job with the before (finding out what’s needed), and the after (clarifying what was done and it’s benefit). I’m definitely looking forward to my next session with her.
