What is NEUROMUSCULAR therapy? Great question!
Neuromuscular massage is a form of Medical massage. It is massage with a critical thinking backbone that uses assessments, anatomy, physiology, and pathology to create treatment sessions for persistent low back pain, mild to chronic body pain, carpal tunnel, migraines, TMJ dysfunction, pre and post surgery recovery, or simply increasing range of motion for athletic performance.
Meet Your Therapist
My name is Amy Dalton, I am a 15+ year veteran, a former helicopter mechanic now turned organic mechanic.
I’ve lived an active lifestyle (army, power lifting, yoga, biking etc) which landed me many injuries, “push through” mentality, testing my strength capabilities and changes in lifestyles. Which has become my Journey to Healing.
My healing Journey has led me to emphasis preventative care, the body heals itself, The body is a story, and education / approaches need to be varied and unique.

Amy Dalton was fantastic. She focused on the areas that needed work, and worked on my adhesions. I will definitely come back and see her.
Amy was awesome! She’s very knowledgeable, and the most knowledgeable massage therapist I have had. She’s does a great job with the before (finding out what’s needed), and the after (clarifying what was done and it’s benefit). I’m definitely looking forward to my next session with her.
